Bluetooth mouse notifications

Post by WiltshireJon »

Hi All

I recently upgraded to Mint 21 using the method on the linux mint blog (ie not a fresh install). Went fine, no problems except that I now get notifications every time my bluetooth mouse both connects and disconnects. This is every time that either the laptop or mouse goes to sleep, so a long list of unwanted notifications in a day. I've turned off notifications in system settings, and rebooted, (notifications stay off) but still get the notifications about the mouse. In 20.3 no such notifications. Other than upgrading, nothing else has changed. How do I turn it off?

Very pleased with Mint 21 so far. Many thanks once again to the developers.

Thanks
