upgrading linuxmint cinnamon versions
Qusetion, can linuxmint cinnamon version 20.3 be upgraded to version 21 withour losing all aps and programs and various data? Any help or advice will be appreciated,

It depends on what apps you have installed as to whether or not they can be upgraded.
