cannot upgrade from 20.3 to 21.1 - SOLVED
Hi folks! Mintupdate doesn't show me the option to upgrade to 21.1, I have LM Mate 20.3. My Mintupdate version is 5.8.4, Synaptic doesn't show a new version of Mintupdate. How can I upgrade my system? Yes, I did a refresh and an update via terminal.

There is no direct upgrade from LM20.3 to LM21.1. You have to do it in stages.
You would upgrade from LM20.3 to LM21. Then you would upgrade from LM21 to LM21.1. The links to instructions for each of the steps are in this topic Upgrade Instructions (updated for LM21.1).

Thanks SMG, I followed the instructions and I upgraded successfully to 21, and then to 21.1. Not so easy, some glitches, but OK, system works.
