Preserving home partition, different versions

Postby emgee123 » Tue Jan 22, 2008 7:28 am

Hi all, just downloading the long awaited KDE edition beta. I've been using the main edition for a while, but if I decide to stick with KDE, will there be any problem keeping the home partition if I switch? Should I delete some folders first?

thanks

Back up all you files just in case, then delete all the hidden ".gnome" folders.
