Error when trying to run kdeconnect with flatpak.

Post by owweeee »

Yesterday I set up kdeconnect on my system and to get it working I used kdeconnect-indicator through flatpak. Everything worked well and my computer and phone communicated well. However after retarting my system today the GUI no longer runs and if I try to run it from the command line;

flatpak run com.github.bajoja.indicator-kdeconnect

I get;

Gtk-Message: 14:17:27.665: Failed to load module "xapp-gtk3-module

I have used kdeconnect in the past, don't bother anymore. This suggests that GSConnect might be a viable alternative:

and
