Hope this isn't too non-specific but does anyone know what would cause FF to constantly freeze please? I am running 64 bit lisa on an Asus M70E laptop but this has worked for so long that I doubt that this is a hardware issue.
I do keep about 20-30 tabs open at any time so I wondered if it might be an out of memory issue: But Konqueror does always seem to work (as does everything else) even while FF is frozen and FF does minimise and maximise while frozen so I cant guess what is causing it to freeze quite so often. None of the tabs are particularly memory or processor intensive, (though FF does occasionally report some problem with a script in my Gmail tab)
A few days ago, there was a major FF update applied which I thought would correct all this, but the problem is no better now than before I applied the update. The problem does rectify itself but sometimes takes a few hours doing so!

Re: Firefox keeps crashing?
Not sure if this is relevant but I am now getting the following crash every five or ten minutes while I am using Firefox (though FF itself doesnt crash when NSPluginviewer does):
Executable: nspluginviewer PID: 28922 Signal: Segmentation fault (11)
