Is there a way to run photoshop on linux mint 13. I was going to use GIMP which I like but need to
learn photoshop for a new job, I believe that you can use wine but not sure how to do it and what
would you do - buy photoshop from abode and then use wine to open it and has this been thoroughly
tested etc?
Same question with dreamweaver, I like Kompozer but need to learn dreamweaver.
Thanks Mark

Re: photshop on linux
For me the best solution was to create a Win 7 virtualbox and install Photoshop in there.
Re: photshop on linux
What do you have for specs on your computer? If your computer is up to it do as bimsebasse said and run a VM. Only I'm going to suggest XP over win7 as XP is really cheap anymore.
Also look here for more info on running it in Wine.

I believe Play on Linux lets you run Photoshop. I've never used Play on Linux so I don't know how difficult it would be to set up Photoshop.
