I am trying to find a how-to to Enable PAE in Mint 13 or if there is a way to do a fresh install with Enabled PAE kernel.
I know I can use a 64bit version but I just need it to happen on a 32bit. Thanks!

You posted it to the tutorials/howtos section, but you haven't written a tutorial or a howto. Please don't ask support question in the tutorials/howtos section, as also shown in the forum rules banner there.
