Problem in updating

hi i have some problems using the command sudo apt-get update with his repositories:

The problem is that the sources in your system have the distribution option for "nadia", while it should be "quantal", the Ubuntu counterpart.
You can fix it by launching Software Sources. In the "Other Software" tab change all the repository properties to dists: quantal (Except for the Linux Mint ones). Then refresh the package lists.
