Hi everybody,

I've used Dragon for a while now but only on Windows. Now that I managed to put aside windows (get rid) for a while (forever) I only miss Dragon. I've heard about wine but don't know how to use it. Can you give a me a general idea of how wine works and how I can install Dragon on Nadia ?

thanks

f

According to wineHQ Dragon 12 doesn't really work with Nadia which based on Ubuntu 12.10.

If you have a different version of Dragon you can always try it and see if it works. Just install wine and winetricks from the software manager. After it's installed right click on the dragon.exe and choose open with Wine and it will either install or won't.

Also with the dragon.exe you might have to right click choose properties>Permissions and then click the box that says "allow executing file as program"[/u] before you try to install with wine.

Ok. Thanks. I will try what you suggest because my version of Dragon is the 11th. Let's hope.
