GRSYNC issue

Longtime user of GRSYNC. When I had my NAS I could perform backups by inserting a pathway similar to this: text_dest=/home/jim/.gvfs/jim on 192.168.1.104/Thunderbird. That was with a previous version of Mint using Nautilus.

The NAS died and I'm now wishing to connect to my laptop over the home network. My current Mint with Mate uses Caja and although Synaptic shows GVFS installed there are no references to it in the HOME folder. Did something replace this or might it be a function lost due to using Caja?

Yes the gvfs mount point has moved:
/run/user/jim/gvfs
The Good: It's no longer in a hidden directory.

The Bad: Everyone had to search for it or ask the question in a forum.

Of course we all could have read the release notes ( but who does that? :) ) or we could have just issued the command: mount

With one remaining exception that works. Exception is file permissions. So far I'm unable to retain user ownership even though the file is going from one Jim home folder to another Jim home folder.
