NZB Downloader with Speed Limit Option

I've been searching for an NZB downloader with the option to cap the download speed like you can in Alt.Binz. Is there one available that is native to Linux or will I have to use Alt.Binz through Wine?

i currently use Lottanzb, not much choice really out there on linux

sabnzbd is the best you can do everything with it.

LottaNZB is a frontend for SABnzbd, i have tried all nzb client's wich isnt many i would reccomend sticking with Lotta and sAB.
