How to I prevent lock screen and turn off the display when watch web stream in browser?

try Caffeine, I have used it before and it works fine. you can configure it to automatically disable the screensaver when certain processes are detected. you need to add the flash plugin process in caffeine preferences after installation:

Many, many thanks @oqqq0 !!! Caffeine is the solution!
At first I had problems and Caffeine did not work, but after reinstall xscreensaver and cinnamon-screensaver everything is fine.
