Mail Notification still efficient ?

Hello,
I use Thunderbird but I have 2 email accounts I prefer keep out from TH.

Email Notification ask twice the password at each start up, not very friendly.
..and to make a short story : Is there an mail notifier equivalent ?

I use "mail-notification". You will find it in the Software Manager. If you enter your mail password when setting up your mail accounts you will not be asked for a password.
