Hello,
I'm currently running Mint KDE 15 64 bits.
I have the following issue. My system randomly freezes for 20-30 seconds while using firefox. That can happen on any web site and I really didn't find any clue in the sytem logs. So during this short period, the system is not responding at all (no mouse, no access to terminal with ctrl+alt+Fx possible, still the "magic" keys alt+sys+REISUB work, cause the first time it happened I thought the system was frozen for good and I could reboot this way).
This is really a weird issue, and I really would like to know if there could be a fix. I was previously using xubuntu 13.04 and I never had this problem.
Thanks in advance.
Papa.

Re: Temporary system freeze while browsing with firefox
I was able to reproduce this. It appears that Flashblock might be the culprit (might be...)
Edit : no it is not Flashblock. Sill searching... Any ideas?

I just tried this and so far it seems that things improved. Wait and see.
