disc defragmentation

is there any disc defragmentation in linux like windows????

There isn't really a need for it. Windows will drop files anywhere there is empty space on the disk, so things get fragmented. Linux in general puts things in the corresponding directory, so fragmentation is almost non existent. If there is any fragmentation in Linux, it isn't enough to effect the system performance.
