temperature monitoring software?

im on 4.0 daryna i want to be able to see the temps of my cpu in the taskbar if its possible EDIT added cpu monitoring to taskbar it said no applicable sensors?.thanks :P

You need to install lmsensors in synaptic, but thats as far as I know as I have never set them up.

Just checked and maybe they are not in the default repo's as I can't find them?

Here is a nice guide on installing lm-sensors on Ubuntu. tested it and it works on Elyssa, however, you can skip step 2

The package sensors-applet will give you a nice gnome-applet to monitor the sensors in the panel

google worked wonders found out how to install lm sensors and command to auto configure em so works now :P
