Removing shortcuts in the Cinnamon start menu?

Post by pedrovay2003 » Mon Jan 13, 2014 12:18 am

I recently installed the Linux version of Doom 3, which I believe was just an extraction rather than an installation. The program asked if I wanted to add shortcuts to the startup menu, which I did, but I can't figure out how to get rid of the shortcuts now that I've deleted Doom 3. In Mate, you can just right-click the program in the start menu and click uninstall, but that option isn't there in Cinnamon. Is there some way to remove those programs?

Ah, fantastic! I knew where it was in Mint 15, but missed it in 16. Thanks for your help!
