Control Nvidia GPU Voltage in LM16 with a utility

Postby Sandman007 » Wed Apr 16, 2014 3:27 pm

Hello,

I am looking for a way to overvolt my Nvidia 660m in Linux. I am proud to say I can run my laptop with a +300 on clock and +400 on memory and went from 1.1V to 1.162V. This run very stable and very cool in Windows. I want this same performace in linux so I am not stuck to Windows for playing my games. Any idea of a utility to controll voltage on my 660M in linux?

Thanks

Go to Xedgers and install the nVIdia 337 driver. Then you can overclock your GPU if your GPU supports over-clocking.
Problems? Tell us EXACTLY what you've done and what you expected to happen, IN DETAIL. That will save us questions, and we should get along better,

I have dysgraphia. This means I might have understood you incorrectly through no fault of my own.

I already know about this actually. I have the 337 drivers install in Ubuntu and I can overclock. My problem is overvolting not overclocking. I need a way to overvolt.
