Hi,
I am using Linux Mint 16 - Petra.
Quite often Firefox does not shut down when I close it. No FF-window is visible but when I later start FF, it tells me that an instance is already running. And indeed when I look in the process manager it is still there. I have to manually kill it before I can start FF.
Even worse, sometimes the FF browser which doesn't exit properly uses some CPU as I can check in the process manager.
Firefox does not shut down properly
