After a long batle I have been able to make firefox recognize a token so as I can access some sites that required digital signature.
Nevertheless, I have not been able to find a software (that runs on Mint, I mean) which will allow me to digitally sign a PDF file. Any hints?
(Well, I found an ancient version of JsignPDF which I could put to good work under Windows, but not under Mint, so perhaps a good soul
out there could teach me how to make it work under linux. That would do, too).
Any digital signer for PDF with Alladin token?

Could be. Nevertheless, reading the manual, I did not find any reference to signing the document, so, it seems I can't know for sure without paying US$ 49,95.
On the other hand, I'rather have a free software (even thou I will pay US$ 49,95 if it works as I need.

Can't find digital signature option neither in the software itself nor in its manual.kyphi wrote:Correction - It is Free for non-commercial use.

If you like JsignPDF then why don't you use that?

You can also use LibreOffice which will digitally sign any document including PDF.

As I said, never been able to make JSignPdf work under linux. So, when I need it, I have to start a virtual machine, kyphi wrote:If you like JsignPDF then why don't you use that?

run windows 8 or XP and then sign. Too troublesome and inellegant.
As to OpenOffice/LibreOffice, I have been able to make them work, but again, under Windows. So, same problem as
above. Besides, I have never been able to sign a PDF with Open/LibreOffice. As far as I can tell, it only works
for ODT file.
