Startup some file or program at starting Mint?

Postby nedd » Sun Oct 19, 2008 11:53 am

Hi there! I'm having a problem, I can't find where I can manage the startup programs, resuming, what I'm trying to do is this: I wish to put a file to start automatically when the linux mint starts! I believe its possible right?

Any help??

thanks!

Try looking in the Sessions configuration utility thing.
There should be an option to add programs when GNOME starts (assuming you're using GNOME).
