LM17 Fails to Fetch Updates

E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/packages.linuxmint.com_dists_qiana_main_i18n_Translation-en
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.

Woops! Any one else found this problem??
Last update in history reveals 18th Oct 2014, just realiased that I wasnt getting them...!

Whats the news on fixing this one?

Hello,

I've seen a similar problem , the solution for me was:
to go to Software sources (from menu), then maintenance and finally click on "Fix merge list problems".
