Postby lingenfr » Sun Dec 14, 2008 12:18 pm

The following updates have been held back (not updated) since I installed Mint. Are they going to be fixed?

bind9-host
dnsutils
hal-info
libbind9-30
libisccfg30

They are from the Ubuntu repos. This happens sometimes when some of the other packages that depend, or are dependencies have not had their updated versions loaded in the repos yet. That way you don't hose your system if the packages are held back if everything needed is not installable. Just give it a little time. This won't affect your system if they are not upgraded immediately.
