Opera 43 won't open maximized - it's a new install of 18.1 I can't find any answers here - perhaps not asking right
Anyway, how does a body edit Opera's config or preferences file now - I've looked for days and can't find where they are.
Opera's "Settings" can't fix squat, it seems

If you leave a pinned tab on exit, Opera will start maximized. So, I have a permanently pinned tab. Opera 51, Mint 18.3, Cinnamon 3.6.7
