Cairo dock show delay

Post by shorq »

I quite like cairo dock, but since I have a small screen on my laptop, it's very annoying if i move in the top of my screen, it pops up.

Is there a possibility to show dock with a delay, 1 second would be enough

Tried to search this from the docks settings, but didn't find any of these settings, I also googled and I found some config file for cairo-dock, but I'm a bit careful with installing 3rd party scripts

Cairo-dock 3.4.1
Mint 18.1 cinnamon
Kernel: 4.4.0-53-generic x86_64 (64 bit)
Desktop: Cinnamon 3.2.7 Distro: Linux Mint 18.1 Serena

Right click the dock and choose Cairo Dock > Configure.
Click the Advanced Mode button in the lower left.
In the Behaviour group, click Visibility.
You should be able to tweak those options to suit you. :)

I use Cairo Dock to make my Dell laptop look a little like a Mac. It's functional and I like the look better than the default.
