I am using mint 15. I cannot install updates or anything. I get the following message:

ERROR###ERROR###ERROR###ERROR###ERROR###ERROR###ERROR
E:Encountered a section with no Package: header, E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/ppa.launchpad.net_clipgrab-team_ppa_ubuntu_dists_raring_main_i18

Any help much appreciated.

Hello quincey543 and welcome to Linux Mint,
Mint 15 reached end of life on January 27, 2014 - so it's repositories have been shut down you'll need to install
mint 17 or newer to get continued updates.
I'm afraid it's not possible to upgrade or update mint 15 any longer.

Hi there, I installed mint 18 several weeks ago but I cannot access any websites while connected with openvpn. I posted my problem on the newbie, networking and software forums but have yet to get a reply. Maybe you can take a look and see if you know what's what. Thanks matey.
