Xmms
In a Debian based distro I have on another computer (AntiX 16.2 ) I have got to like the music player Xmms. On this computer I'm running Mint 17.3 Rosa and have downloaded everything I can find in Synaptic Package Manager pertaining to Xmms including the GUIs Gxmms 2 and Abraca XMMS2, but I can't find the gui that Anticapitalista has installed in his distro. Does anyone know what he has used please, it has an extra stereo plus filter which makes the music sound like 3D?
Re: Xmms
Why not ask him? I haven't been on the MX forums recently, but he used to get on there now and then. I suppose you could PM him there.

Re: Xmms
antiX uses xmms (not xmms2, which is completely different).
You could add the antiX repo to your sources list to get it
then
Then remove the antiX repo.
Or download the debs from here:
