broken gui due to uninstalled drivers -xorg in mint 17.3
I use linux 17.3 cinnamon. I tried updating the gpu driver so that a steam game would work properly. I have an Amd r9 290x and tried reinstalling xorg, however it wouldn't install properly- even after trying every different command I could find to install it and updating the system etc, it still refuses to work. Does anyone know how to reinstall it when it keeps saying that the program does not exist when I try apt get.
