Thnks for your welcome!

Its tell me that no watermark was found in the document when I try to take out the watermark the program make.

So the form created still with watermark.

In the oficial web site say:
"There are no limitations except for the addition of a watermark on the output file"

So Its dosent work. Do you know other app?

Is this to be a printed form or interactive?

if it's a print form you can do it in Libre Office writer and export as pdf. no water mark.

This ask Ubuntu page may be of help also.

I did a search and found a manual that states how to do this in LibreOffice.
https://www.maketecheasier.com/create-a ... breoffice/

I also found Scribus. That may be another option.

If your issue is solved, kindly indicate that by editing the first post in the topic, and adding [SOLVED] to the title. Thanks!
