i am trying to get a Windows program to run in Wine. I am running 64-bit Mint with Mate. I created a 32-bit Wine prefix and set to Windows XP. The program runs in Windows 7 and Windows 10 if I set compatibility mode to XP. The program uses a JET database and even with the JET and mda dll's loaded via winetricks it still won't open the database. So, I go to thinking today about Windows XP versions.
Does anyone know what "service pack" wine is looking like when set to Windows XP? Is there a way to make it like Windows XP service pack 3?
32-bit Windows XP prefix - is there a SP3

That's the first link of a google search for JET database under WINE.

with win-xp - - there is SP3 & even a SP4, if you know where to obtain it,
but with any ./wine setup, there is no real SPs as such,
as it's more aligned to the ./wine version that you are using,,
which currently is some sort of 2.x as the latest version,
and with./wine 3.0 now being on the horizon.
then, you have to add various support files, as needed.
