Steam desktop shortcuts missing
Unfortunately the only shortcut available to open Steam is a Borderlands 2 one located at Menu - Games. So I have to open a game first, close it and then access Steam. The issue is described here too. How can I create a Steam Launcher shortcut and maybe a few games' shortcuts, although the former is enough by itself.

I have the similar problem with LM 18.3 64 cinnamon. With the new distro of "Program Manager" the only thing beside Steam and steam+ in selected games, is a shortcut to "Minecraft". I have several seniors that are using solitaire and wish to use some of the "slot machines" that should be available in linux since they were developed in Linux, but used in Windex machines. The games in steam would not download as they were not available! They are instantly available in LM 18.2.
