I have a bunch of updates which Update Manager says it can't authenticate.
They are:
- boot Gnu R package for bootstrapping functions from Davison and Hinkley
- foreign Gnu R package to read / write data from other stat. systems
- lattice Gnu R package for 'trellis' graphics
- r-cran-class Gnu R package for classification
- rpart Gnu R package for recursive partitioning and regression trees
- survival Gnu R package "survival analysis"
Can someone tell me if it's safe to apply these updates?
It may be relevant that I have just installed RStudio.

Re: Updating R packages
They'll be updates from the PPA you've added.

Re: Updating R packages
Yes, but can I get them authenticated, and if so, how?
