My suggestion would be to delete the chrome beta repo as it's actually pointing to the same repo as chrome stable.
I've never tried this method but you should be able to find something that refers to Active apt sources in file: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/google-chrome-beta.list in Update Manager > Edit > Software Sources > Additional Repositories (or PPAs). You could simply uncheck the one for chrome-beta (or highlight it and click Remove.)
When done, click Refresh back in the main Update Manager window and your errors should be gone.

So, I removed Signal, as it turned out to be almost useless, then removed it's entry in the sources list, refreshed the Update Manager and got this:
W: Skipping acquire of configured file 'main/binary-i386/Packages' as repository 'http://dl.google.com/linux/earth/deb stable InRelease' doesn't support architecture 'i386'
W: GPG error: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/colomboem/xUbuntu_16.04 Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY E3757B8E0D988D6E

OK, so found what the software was causing the "colomboem" thingy mentioned above - it was a program called Dukto. I removed it, removed the line from the sources list and re-ran the Refresh on the update manger, and no more errors - BIG THANKS for helping.
