wxPython Locking Laptop
I have an application written in Python 2.7 and wxPython 2.8.It runs without issue on Mint 13, both 32- and 64-bit.However with Mint 17.3 it can lock up when you select an option (Button). There seems no logical explanation for this as the software has been used from Mint 8 upwards. Has anybody experienced issues like this or have any idea as to the cause and how to get around it.

It appears there have been subtle changes to the matplotlib wxPython interface. Currently modifying some code.I'll be back...
