I am a newbie for sure and need help.
How can I read a .CRD file (it is an early Microsoft product, no longer supported but accessible in MS OSs before Win 7)
I am using Mint 17.3 32 bit. PLEASE give me your answer as step by step, and know I am grateful.

Are you talking about files created by the Windows CardFile program? I think that is the name. That Personal Information / Contact Manager that looked like a Rolodex and was bundled with Win 3.x and Win9x, but disappeared with WinXP?
Take a look at AZZ Cardfile. It is a $29.95 shareware Windows program. I ran across it several years ago when I was doing some work for a non-profit. I have not used the program, so I cannot vouch for it.
