CPU Frequency Applet doing nothing

Post by visseroth »

Obviously I've been messing around a lot with CPU frequency scaling as noted by my other post, and I've tried to get the CPU Frequency Applet to work. You know, the applet that shows you your cores current frequencies at which they are set, so I can keep an eye on what's going on without opening a terminal every time. But the application does nothing when I add it to my panel. I click on the +, the applets refresh but the CPU Frequency Applet never shows up.

There is many CPU Frequency Applets, so I would be good to know something about desktop environment, etc.

Code: Select all
