That's strange because mine Firefox is still version 58.0.2 (64-bit).
I'm using the Firefox which comes with Mint installation.
I apt-get updated and upgraded and Im still with this version. I even added some additional PPA (ppa:mozillateam/firefox-next) but nope...
Probably I could download and install Firefox manually but I would wan to do it via repositories and I don't know why mine version doesn't update.

Ohh, few minutes after I post this thread I found where the problem is.
It was in mirrors. I was selected the fastest mirror (one located in my country) in order to download packages faster but clearly its not frequently updated.
After I changed the mirror Firefox and other packages shows for install

I never use mirrors, I always download from the source.
