UPDATE: new information the problem is caused when I plugged in the wireless USB mouse device or the USB keyboard.
I 've Been reading about cleaning the keyboard.

Well the problem seems to be solved. I did all of these , so I don't know what solved it:

1- cleaned the integrated keyboard with a brush
2- cleaned the integrated USB ports.
3-In "software manager fonts"- "maintenance" - "fix merge list", "purge residual configuration"- "eliminate duplicates entries" (sorry if it is not the right translation, my OS is in Spanish)
4- also eliminate and delete everything related to "flatpak"

As you can see I don't know where was the solution, but it did the trick.

I leave this "solution" here to help anybody with the same problem. Although I never knew where was it cause.
