SOLVED: Software manager not running

Post by gnappi » Wed Jun 20, 2018 2:41 am

Software manager stopped after trying to get wine working. Attempting to get wine up for an old win32 app (paint shop pro 4) I ran from suggestion on this site:

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
wget https://dl.winehq.org/wine-vuilds/Release.key
sudo apt-get add Release.key
sudo apt-add--repository 'deb https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/ xenial main'

After mintinstall stopped running mintinstall message:

Is there an entry missing?

Thanks, that worked. I had a feeling there was either too much or not enough in that file!

Thx again!
