(solved) linux mint installs all language files

Post by edwinv » Thu Jun 11, 2009 2:11 pm

i have installed linux mint in a dutch version

however if i check synaptic i notice that thunderbird has all language files installed - all language help file in openoffice

if i remove them via synaptic and only keep the languages i want - mintupdate always want me to update the language files

how can i avoid that all languages all installed - i only need english and dutch

never mind i have found it -- these languages were all selected in the configuration menu under languages

i have deselect them and now it is ok
