About six months ago, I decided to give Bitwarden (https://bitwarden.com/) a try, and haven't looked back. It handles web sites, credit cards, and other assorted odds and ends. I highly recommend it.

I have been using password manager for more than 12 years now. Started with KeePass and tried many online premium/free password manager. I have been using LastPass for last 5 years and I don't feel like looking anywhere else. It's robust and it just works when you need the most. Rest assured, your passwords are encrypted at rest.

I know people have been using the free version without any limitations. Give it a try.

I gave BitWarden a try for 2 weeks. It is nice and it works when you want to login. One problem I have seen that - after registering into many sites, it doesn't ask to save the password once submitted to the server. This caused me to use the "Forgot Password" and set the password again. Probably this may have been fixed.

I use clipperz.com. It's just a database for all the passwords I use, and any other information I want to keep secure.
