I wonder : It it possible to make the Text (letters) a bit larger or darker in the Menus - Of Firefox ?

And how it it made ?

If I understand your question, I think this add-on, Theme Font & Size Changer, will do the trick.

There is also the file (which you may have to create), where you can change a lot of firefox's GUI stuff:
~/.mozilla/firefox/<profile-name>/chrome/userChrome.css
