GCstar collections manager may give you what you. It can be modified to suit your needs, but does require a little work on your part to make it do what you want. Otherwise Kexi or a Spreadsheet, for that fact even a Writer document will do what you want.

A little supplement:

Zim = manages text entries and is very easy to use.
Recoll = is a search engine for texts of all kinds.

The two programs complement each other.
