[Help] Link Aggregation (bonding) in LM 19

Hi! I was reading about, how to combine multiples connections to increaze my download speed (I'm thinking about torrents specially) and I found some helpfull guides.. but for my misfortune, none worked.

Searching in the forum I found some old topics, where were talking about similar issues... but nothing concist.

My final question is: Exist a method and wich is it, to bonding in mode balance-alb my connections?

To consider:

All my connections are wired.
The goals is increaze torrent's download speed.
I'm using network-manager service and not have problem to stop using it.
I'm tryed with networking service and didn't have succefull.
