Programs with a larger proportion than the screen.

I have a GTX 1050 and all the programs I install get the same ratio as the screen, how can I fix this one time.
Please help me.

What do you mean, "all the programs I install get the same ratio as the screen"? You need to be much more specific, and you need to tell us about your entire system, not just the model of your video card. Please post the output of this terminal command:

My problem is the softwares are with the icons larger than the ratio of my monitor.

...try running export QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=0 && vlc.
If that appears to scale VLC & Dolphin properly, then open your ~/.profile, and append export QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=0
(note that you might need to log-out first for such behavior to take permanent effect...)
