I've been having problems for weeks, I've tried changing mirrors. Anyone have any idea what's wrong and how to fix it?

Hello, JamesCole.

To the best of my knowledge, the repository live.linuxmint.com should not be enabled on a default Linux Mint installation. Use Software Sources to disable it. Afterwards, refreshing the list of available software packages should work correctly again.
