Need help with flatpak program accessing drive in /mnt/

Post by m-net »

This is probably really obvious or something, but I'm somewhat new to linux and only just now found out flatpak is some kind of sandboxing-thing. So, I installed snes9x from the official repos which is a game emulator. My filesystem drive is a very small SSD, my roms (and data) are kept on another drive mounted at /mnt/. But snes9x is obviously restricted and cannot even see any drives but my SSD I think due to being a flatpak.

So in short my question is, can I somehow allow either the whole /mnt/ tree or ideally only the specific folder on specific drive I need? If so, how? I guess if not I could just move the files to a folder it can see, but I really don't have much space to spare at all on that drive.

Any help appreciated

Have you tried creating a symbolic link?
