[Resolved]Thunderbird 60.2.1 Download Headers only

Post by Dave Albiston » Sat Oct 20, 2018 1:24 pm

Just 'upgraded'. One of my email accounts is set to download headers only. If the email is not spam then I download the message body. This is not working now. Clicking on 'Download the rest of the message' does nothing.

Anyone else with this problem? I don't know if the message has been deleted from the server or the code to download the rest of the message has been disabled.

For the moment I have switched to automatic download of the message but I have 2 emails in limbo.

Select offline mode and there syncronize, and when it has syncronized, select normal mode.

Thanks for that. I managed to get hold of my emails by selecting Offline ->Get selected messages. But something is wrong. I shouldn't have to go through that route.

I'm reluctant to mark the issue as solved if it will be repeated if I switch back to downloading headers only.

I have established on Bugzilla that the problem occurs because I am using a global Inbox. They will fix it.
