WPS Office. Can't open files in NTFS partition

Post by javibg6 »

Hi guys!

I have a dual boot laptop, with a NTFS shared partition, in which i have all my files. I want to access them in both OS'.

With WPS office suite, in Linux Mint 19, i cannot access files in this location, i get this error message:
Error WPS.png
I'm mounting the partition via /etc/fstab
/dev/disk/by-uuid/9A32665932663A81 /mnt/9A32665932663A81 ntfs-3g defaults,permissions 0 0

and I have tried these configurations too, and don't work neither:
/dev/disk/by-uuid/9A32665932663A81 /mnt/9A32665932663A81 ntfs defaults 0 0
/dev/disk/by-uuid/9A32665932663A81 /mnt/9A32665932663A81 auto nosuid,nodev,nofail,x-gvfs-show 0 0

I can access the same files with Libreoffice perfectly, and don't have any other problems with other files and other programs.
I tried contacting with WPS office in linux support team, but i got no answer. I've searched the web for an answer, but i can't find it neither.
Can anybody help me, please? Thanks in advance,
